Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many passengers can you deal with? Anything from 5 to 50 plus is no problem; we have a fleet of 10 buses.
  • Which areas do you cover? All areas of the Northern Beaches and the Lower North Shore area.
  • How much time do we need to get to the airport? Depending on location, time of day, and your flight times, our office staff will work out a time to get you there comfortably.
  • Where do we meet the driver? There are meeting points at all terminals; the driver will have a sign with your name on it approx 20 minutes after domestic flights and approx 45mins after International flights.
  • Do you do Central Railway and Cruise Ship Terminals? Yes.
  • How much notice do you need? 48 hours via internet, anything else should be via the phone. However we can take last minute bookings, no problem.
  • What happens if we don’t receive a text message the night before? Ring the office in case there has been a mistake with the dates.
  • We don’t have a mobile, how do we get confirmation? We will confirm by e/mail.
  • How do we pay? We accept cash, all major  credit card's and direct bank transfer.
  • Do we need to pay a deposit? Yes we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking on jobs to the value of $150 plus.The balance to be paid to the driver or the total can be paid in advance.
  • What happens if our flight is delayed? This is a common occurrence, so don’t worry as our office staff monitor all incoming flights. We are up to date at all times, and will rearrange the driver’s schedules to fit in with any flight changes.
  • Can you handle extra luggage? We can bring a trailer for any extra luggage and large items, for example, surf boards, skis, golf clubs and bikes. So please inform us of any extra luggage requirements.
  • Do you do early mornings and late nights? Yes we cover all times of the day 24 hours.
  • How much notice is required for the A to B shuttle service? It’s better to give as much notice as possible to guarantee a shuttle bus, however we can take late bookings on the day.
  • Do you pick up in the early hours of the morning for the A to B shuttle service? Yes, this is a popular requirement these days with taxi’s so hard to come by on the week ends. Booking the shuttle you are guaranteed to get home on time.
