There’s a meeting point at all terminals for passengers arriving.
T1 International is by MacDonald’s
The main thing is to stay at the meeting points and not to wonder away or the driver may miss you and get delayed searching for you. However nowadays with mobile phones it’s so much easier.
The driver will generally allow 20 minutes domestic and about 40 minutes international as the bags take time to get of the airplane before he approaches the meeting points.
Plus he is on a strict parking time restriction which the airport polices quite firmly.
Generally speaking we keep an eye on all the flight time arrivals we pick up for the day however that can change due to various circumstances.

So if your flight is delayed don’t panic because if you are the only pick up for the driver, he will wait. If there’s more than one pick up and the delay is more than half an hour he may have to arrange for another company to get you.
The only time that situation doesn’t work is in the evenings as not too many company’s work the nights.
The customer needs to put themselves in the other persons shoes and the driver will wait as long as possible on these evening flights depending on the patience of the customer already arrived. Generally speaking 30 minutes max.
