Forest and Beaches Shuttle Service was started in 2006 by David Cook, who after 1 year of working for another Northern Beaches company decided to branch out on his own.
David has been in the hospitality industry for most of his life and understands all about customer service. Going to the airport is quite a stressful event for some people, however David will put you at ease with his punctual and a friendly service.
FAB Shuttle Service as from May 2010 is now working in partnership with another Northern Beaches Company "Northside Shuttle", operating as "Combined Shuttles" .Now we can now gaurentee 24 hour around the clock service, which gives the customer complete confidence that no matter what time of day or night a driver will be there on time, for all your transport needs.If your plane,train, or ship is delayed there's no problem as the next driver will pick you up,with a fleet of 10 buses there's a driver in and out most hours of the day. 

Another excellant initiative is the sms confirmation the customer now receives after the booking is made, and also the night before the pick up.This informs them of the drivers name and mobile number along with the pick up time.Which means if there is some problem, the customer can talk direct to the driver,rather than going through the office.
The most important thing David has learnt in these past two years about the shuttle bus industry is that keeping the customer informed is the number one priority. If the schedule does get behind, which doesn’t really happen that often to be honest, David is then straight on the phone to inform the customer. 
You’ll travel in his brand new air conditioned (very important in the summer) Toyota Hiace Commuter. The new Hiace’s are so comfortable and give a smooth quiet drive it’s like being in a Limousine.
